coming to terms with my asexuality was rly hard for me bc i spent a lot of time post trauma very hyper sexual as a trauma response. it took a lot of therapy and healing to come to the realization that its not something i need or want.

acceptance of autism as a natural human experience is necessary for real dialogue to be had and to create an actual support system for autistic people. acceptance promotes not just education about the differences of autistic people but understanding/respecting those differences.

update i did the thing and she agreed with my plea (that when our starting rate of 0ay increases it should have increased across the board) and is going to talk to HR and also said hopefully this can help other people in our firm be paid what they should be so YAY :)) i helped :)
