@BusiNxongo @kulula Same thing with my booking. Not to mention that @kulula is encouraging people to rebook flights fully aware of the fact that they have been grounded indefinitely.

@kulula @wasim_d @wendyknowler No one responds to emails, you can’t get through via the call centre. Reading all your “copy paste” replies offers absolutely no further information or clarity. I cannot rebook online, and even so, rebook to what date? You are unable to operate until an indeterminable date.

@wasim_d @kulula @wendyknowler I want a refund. I have to fly back to jhb today and so must now purchase a new ticket with a different airline- @kulula should give the option to get refunded.

@kulula @FlySafair Obviously. There was no difference in fare price. And why have an online management system if it doesn’t work- ever. I’ve been trying to change my ticket for 3days now, is that decent service in your opinion?
