Out fantastic Pitch Maintenance team were out in force today. New sod was delivered yesterday and laid today. How about that for a turnaround. Sod will need time to bed in etc but it’s looking great. Well done to Liam and the team!!! 👏 👏

AILBHE.. Ailbhe won an All Star award, is also Captain of the Galway Ladies football team and guided them to the Connacht Final win v Mayo and lost out in the All Ireland Final, Ailbhe also got to the Club All Ireland Final with Kilmacud Crokes.

Pitch work continued today. ✅ Goalmouths dug out in preparation for new sod. ✅ Training pitch surface works ✅ Improved sokage at ‘wet spots’ Thanks to the volunteers who put in the hours today, this work is hugely important & necessary.

It may be the off-season but the work goes on. Thank you to those who worked on re-sodding the pitches this morning. Out pitches have been in remarkable condition lately and it’s down to unseen efforts of these volunteers. Maith sibh!!
