With the nomination process for 2024 - as long drawn as the elections itself - its only now that we have all the affidavit data of 8360 candidates in the fray - from 7 phases this election. @adrspeaks went thought all that massive data - only to confirm our worst fears. Regardless of what ethics & the Supreme Court may have to say - Parties are welcoming moneybags & alleged criminals with open arms - even ones with serious cases against them! Judges should realise that when they make ad hominem & unjustified remarks on organisations which have a stellar record of tireless public interest work, that reflects poorly on the judges themselves than on the organisations. Read about ADRs work here:
