The framing of murder suicides as "tragic" is wrong to me.
She didn't accidentally die she was murdered by her husband who committed an awful crime and then took his own life. Why? I don't know but it wasn't accidental AFAIK.

I don't know any woman who hasn't been attacked in some way somewhere. And anyone who has actually spoken to thier mothers and grandmothers know there was no golden age. There was always "if you get attacked its your fault you shouldn't have gone out" for centuries.
