reading an article on how to write haibun poems and they likened the form to a chicken bouillon cube in a bowl of soup. i have no idea what that's supposed to mean :)

we have got to somehow improve long covid education bc so many people are dealing w longterm health complications after their infections and have no idea how to connect the dots, thinking it's something only 'other' people experience
A friend from before times disclosed that since a 2023 Covid infection she has had persistent shortness of breath, repeat chest infections and also had bad brain fog for 6 months, but she's not like me so it's not Long Covid.
