This is the real revolution of ai. The Industrial Revolution brought mass production and with it the end of the personal. The Intelligence Revolution will bring mass personalization. You are seeing it in spam cold emails first, but itâs coming for physical objects next.

This is unbelievably true. What I am seeing first hand is remarkable. What I donât know about yet is even more. Even if no new ai got shipped, what we have today is enough to upend everything about the way we think about work, art, leisure, and intelligence. Buckle up.
If you are not planning for the price of intelligence to go to zero, the next 3-5 years are going to incredibly disruptive to your business / life. This is the main idea for the rest of the decade, buckle up.
