I think the biggest hurdle I'm facing is that I'm trying to provide network services to 75,000 monthly users with almost no overhead. Like, if those were 75,000 paid users, I would not blink at a standard patcher/more robust network service.

1.25a with full OP09 support is out, windows users should be able to auto-patch, other platforms are on the dropbox/drive. One bug I missed: The Eastern description still lists 'up to PRB01' but it does allow you to play 09!
