These funds are taken on behalf of #Ugandans , but they only benefit @KagutaMuseveni and his family. All money borrowed is misused by the #Government for their own benefits yet paying back is for the citizens. #Uganda as country end up in huge amounts debts, yet no services provided. All funds directed to health are embezzled and the health sector is sick its self, the roads are poor yet money is always borrowed for roads , the schools etc are in poor conditions, all funds are swindled by the first family. @WhiteHouse
