I don't have anything against them ,but if you go on road trips it is much harder to find people experienced with working on them or finding parts. A car outside of the brands Ford, Chevy, GM, Nissan, Dodge, Toyota , Honda etc can be a gamble.

It is hard to really learn it until you have a deployment process and multiple people working in the same code base.
One person's repos are not very valuable and you only need an afternoon to navigate using it.

I've gotten more support on tech Twitter for my biz ventures than I have in 5 years in Facebook and in person combined (I'm talking about immediate family). Most of them have been utter failures and I get in these moods where I'm ready to throw in the towel and start new.

I don't think only reading code can teach you to be a programmer, but if you read code to look at how other people do things and bring it in your own projects it can be an invaluable tool.

High schools and colleges should really bring in more entrepreneurs to teach. I missed that in school, and nothing really hit home until I found my groove later on. It's wild—there are folks out there who can totally inspire people, but it's like a needle in a haystack situation.

I would do what I do now but hire more help. Right now money is a bottleneck for my growth. As a personal philosophy, I don't believe in taking loans to grow. I want to take the wins that manifest without being indebted to investors or banks because it adds external pressure.

Something we all should keep in mind. Scaling is hard because you have to balance both retention and acquisition.
It is much better to provide insane value and service to 10 people than it is to provide good value and okay service to 100 people.

YouTube. There is just too much how to based content on for both professional and personal that I use it for.
It's got a lot of niche entertainment that regular cable isn't going to slow.
There is plenty of functionality there to make it a social network that isn't really used.

My two tricks are 1.) Track/weigh your food and 2.) only eat what you cook.
You only eat when you are hungry because you have to work for the food. Serving sizes are really small and we don't really realize until the numbers are down on paper.

One of the biggest hurdles I see businesses fight during a
