Tonight, I tried to pass an amendment to have a nonpartisan watchdog, GAO, conduct a basic review and audit of DOGE. Everyone should be for more transparency but every Republican in our committee markup voted NO. What are they scared of finding out?

They also want to raise the debt ceiling by $4Tr to allow for his tax plan. How much money will we have to print to pay for that? How much will we have to devalue the $? Between tariffs, layoffs, printing, what will your dollar be worth in a year?
The GOP budget is out. Republicans recently promised to love and cherish Medicaid. Their actual plan is to destroy it.

His total lack of financial understanding is not something all Americans may be aware of. He does not understand this country's & the world's economy. It's not like a business, where there are no inter-world treaties. He's defying his own treaties. Why? He's wrong? Which time?
@madamdefargeGW It's a good start. I don't like how he talks tariffs when we've already done that and here we are barely able to afford buying a house. It all sounds nice what he's saying, but I don't see any results. Answer: I like trump's energy, but I'm still seeing folks struggle trump 2.0

IMHO, it's wise to boost whatever shots/vaccines you have had that may not have a known life.

Unfortunately, I have to think that there is a vast lack of depth of knowledge to allow anyone to believe over 1/2 (or more) of what he says...he lies w/in the same sentence &seems unaware that there is google, & his words can be checked. I think they may need "trust by verify".
