on 11/08/2023 with business impact "P2 (Degraded)", attached logs and prepared what they might need. Got an answer today (after 20 days!) saying that my logs need to be 48 hours old 🤡

Exploring if custom GPT can boost customer experience. Downloaded help center articles (in JSON), set up a custom GPT with a logo, and simple instructions. Quickly built an interactive assistant using these articles as knowledge, now ready for

AI Studio and run queries. Very cool feature! Had a play around with some help center articles for a test run. Pretty impressed with what it can do.
Customer buys a discounted 1-yr SaaS product. You assist with setup and connecting to external providers. 2 months later, they cancel & demand a refund despite T&Cs. What to do if they accuse you of stealing their money?
