@bt_uk Thank you BT for sorting out my mum's phone. It's her only connection to the outside world. Was a problem at the exchange apparently.

@bt_uk 71 yo mother's phone off for over a month. Called BT & asked for an engineer visit - told no as want me to go do diagnostic stuff. I don't live nearby. Got her new phone to try in the main socket and it still doesn't work. Worried she can't contact anyone in case of emergency.
