The situation did not end until neutralization.

@DBLondonER @StreetFightslol Weapon draw did not work. The big guy immediately tried to fight for the gun with him. Small guy starred shooting and the big guy started getting hit and that’s when he starts running. That isn’t the draw of the gun working as a deterrent.

@davelalande @ztisdale The major factor at play here is healthcare. The US doesn’t have UHC and I do not know a single Canadian (that is not already rich and can afford to pay for healthcare) who is okay with the idea of suddenly having to pay for a system that has been free their entire life.
