@BenYousef_E This isn't gatekeeping because we're also outside; people who don't even know how to ask questions are giving hot takes on Islam. People are so ignorant they don't recognise their ignorance anymore. We may have diverse views but it becomes a problem when we don't know our level.

You don't even seek to understand what or why this is important to the Muslims. You only want us subservient to your ways and wishes. You continued from where your parents stopped. But you want the world to see you as tolerant. Look into the mirror, you'll see a hypocrite.

A woman does this in front of our mosque at least twice a week, immediately after Subh. Yorùbá Christians can't take half of what they dish.

@emhoabinho The people whose fathers force our sisters to remove their hijab and fix lectures during Jumuah want to tell us about religious tolerance. They want us to be who they are, in deeds and actions. They're closet bigots in the least.

@contentmints He had a chance to make it an admonition, but he chose a joke instead. He could have shared a few verses or at least negated the thought and delivered a meaningful message. Growing up, Baba Wande had a series that aired at 6:30 pm on Fridays on BCOS, doing just that.

A child prodigy, and I don't consider passing WAEC at 13 as necessarily one, has almost equal probability of winning a Nobel Prize as anyone else. Unfortunately, a child prodigy inherits a burden of expectation. And that could break anyone at any point.
