It is very unlikely, yes, but the evidence shows he's done it. also, T2/3 Mongolian CS is not the same quality standard as T2/3 CS in EU or even NA/OCE.

@_cx______ @PuszkeChan @Ozzny_CS2 also it’s very common to create a faceit account very soon after creating your cs account. there are no official servers that offer good ping to mongolia, but there is a mongolian faceit hub with a server in Ulaanbaatar. most mongols play in that hub.

@CSGooch @Ozzny_CS2 actually you kinda DO need faceit to get better. premiere and comp are much lower competition level than faceit, but also have cheaters the higher rank you get. if you only play low level competition, you won’t get better. also, faceit is the only place where your elo matters.
