Confession : the past 3 months I’ve been genuinely wetting the bed. I was embarrassed because my parents and sister knew. After talking to my therapist and psychiatrists, we found out why.
Their suggestion: “Just put a mattress cover or wear a diaper!”
Doctor’s orders I guess!

So, my dad follows this Youtuber who's conservative. His video today was shaming ABDLs. I felt so angry & ashamed.
My dad saw it, but told me: "I know that's not you or your community, he didn't do the homework." Then my dad left an educatonal comment of ABDL on the guy's video.

Follow up! Yesterday I had therapist session and after talking about the usual, he asked about my partner ideals. Then he asked “as an ABDL, do you want a caregiver sort of partner?”
We spent 15 mins talking about my ABDL side, and it’s awesome to have a therapist like that!

I had a session with my therapist.
I've been struggling with burnout and depression for months, and I've barely touched my baby stuff, but I did yesterday and felt good.
He said: "That's part of you. I'd advice you to keep wearing diapers and being babyish as it truly helps."

My therapist has always been a huge help for me because he an amazing listener and he always knows what to say and how to make me feel better when I'm down. And he knows I'm ABDL.

I was away for a while.... psychiatric hospital. I have a new diagnosis. Three now. So, aside my Bipolar disorder and my Borderline Personality Disorder, turns out I'm on the Autistic spectrum.
