Separation of powers would suggest that this judge is over stepping his area of authority. It is possible that the Congress might be able to go to the Supreme Court and have standing. Given that the President is the "unitary executive", his authority over the Treasury, is plenary and therefore outside the purview of the courts in this particular situation. Calling for and conducting an audit of a executive branch office, would be a part of the "faithful execution of the laws" required by the President. I would even question the "standing" of those who brought charges to this court which could not have authority. A garbage case brought by Garbage people.

Voter ID is an idea that has real significant support, between 70-80+%, when asked, favor the requirement for Voters to show a valid ID before voting. So why do Dem/Statist oppose, using the racist accusation, suggesting that blacks and other "minorities" are unable to obtain and produce ID. Yet when these same "oppressed" people are asked, they also support producing ID prior to being allowed to vote. Could it be that Dems need to cheat to retain power, and that the "voters" they require are unable to produce ID, because they are "undocumented", illegal voters? Learn, Think, Vote!

I am beginning to think that for the last 4 years, 2021 to 20 Jan 2025, we did NOT have a 'President" we had some sort of UN-Constitutional, USA Politburo, a governing "Cabal", that was actually in charge. Biden was just an old demented figurehead, a puppet, who when the drugs kicked in was put in front of the cameras and would smile, sound coherent, and sign anything that was presented. Our own "John Gill". This should give the Congress the predicate for investigation as well as ultimately declaring all actions taken by the Puppet Pres. Biden to be null and void. Something must be done, that this never happens again. This is absurd, what you are describing is what every Dem/Statist President/admin/regime has done for decades. She obviously holds allegiance to and has NOT renounced her attachments/fidelity to Somalia. Additionally she swore an other oath to the Constitution upon joining the Congress, requiring her to "protect and defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic". She has been a supporter of foreign enemies, Iran, Somalia, Hamas, Islamists, etc. Immigration, naturalization, must be taken seriously, otherwise Citizenship is nothing more than a casual relationship, between the Government and the subjects.

If were an illegal, I would be planning an orderly exit, ASAP, because then I might be able to return at some future date. If we have to deport you there is a multi year prohibition for return. Just because they can find things using new testing protocols does NOT mean they have to do something about it. Heightened awareness is not a reason to alter raising our food. Suddenly "bird flu" has become the latest reason for destroying chickens and other food animals, Cows and Pigs. Did "bird flu" suddenly appear, or is it that "science" suddenly was able to find it? Pretty sure that "bird flu" has been around as long as there have been birds, and other animals being exposed to it has been around nearly as long. My bet is that finding it is the important predicate, "action" must result, maybe even creating a new "vaccine" for something that really has no impact. In the mean time we must limit the exposure, food supply, ruin farms that are hazards to the "climate", because fewer people means a better world. It is so convenient that bird migrate twice a year, and they find the "bird flu" virus twice a year, creating shortages in basic foodstuffs, twice a year, creating fear, panic and hysteria twice and year.
