Vulnerable post here 😓 [mentions of body issues] Just wanna sleep to escape the negative thoughts I’m having about my appearance :( I haven’t taken new photos of my body in a while and it’s bc I can’t bring myself to look at the state of my body. I don’t feel like me currently if that makes sense. I long for the days that I was much more physically active and strong. I have so many roadblocks in my path that make it so daunting to even begin to advance towards the changes I wanna see in myself. I hate my brain needing to physically see instant results. I have to visually see the changes to actually believe that what I’m doing is working. Ugh I hate it! All this to say, I’m still a domme and still think I’m hot af but I’m not at 100% right now :/ I’m at like 40% so 😅
