As we enter the second half of our conference season, I wanted to give a shoutout to the men who make this program go! Our staff at @NCFBanyans is the best I’ve ever been around. Competent, caring, competitive, and committed. They prepare our team. They keep me accountable. They show up every day with a heart to make others better. The most important thing you’ll ever do as a leader is surround yourself with people who lift you up. People who challenge you and don’t just say “yes” to everything you suggest. People who understand the bigger picture. People who truly love, serve, and compete. So thankful for this team and I’m excited to get back to work with them every day!
