Proud to announce, the game has been picked up by Annapurna Interactive. This will help the game reach it's best possible form, and have the best chances on release. such a great catalogue to be a part of, too. so exited to keep working, thanks

"Castle Rock Beach, West Australia" out now for FREE on PC🏖️🏖️ it's a relaxed exploration game with some casual photography related objectives, I also think it's my most photoreal work to date. if you try it, let me know what you think!
quick VR update! the environments run smoothly and look quite good despite heavy optimization. hoping to port over as many desktop features as possible

happy new year! it's been awfully hot here in Aus so I've been staying indoors sinking some time into the french alps environment. it's looking to be the biggest one yet
can assume at this stage that Lushfoil Photography Sim will be unaffected, given that the game itself is mostly complete. will keep you all updated
but this news is definitley a loss, the annapurna interactive team were great to work with and gave the project a lot of love
The entire staff of Annapurna Interactive resigned this month following a dispute with its owner.
"A spokesperson for Annapurna confirmed that it had explored a spinoff and said the parties failed to reach an agreement, which led to the resignations."
"The spokesperson said
Lorenzo Drago, the artist who created the Unreal Engine 5 train station demo hit me up and kindly offered to remake the torii models for the Kyoto environment. his amazing work combined with proper lumen+nanite support for foliage has really elevated the scene

it has been brought to my attention that Fushimi Inari was released on steam exactly two years ago, crazy. i know 'overwhelmingly positive' is something I shouldn't take for granted, super thankful to those who found my work through this project
the beta is now over! watching people react and discover things is the best shit ever, thank you to those who streamed, uploaded footage, and shared shots from the game. more to come very soon
(new pinned tweet) I'm a 3D environment artist and I make short photography games for VR and Desktop. I have 4 titles out right now that are set in Japan, Iceland, Australia and New Zealand. you can get them here:

I've also re-enabled the free steam demo for the near future, please share it with someone who might be interested! still looking to get some feedback before release 📷
optimising the dense grass in my french alps scene has been very hard but super happy with how it turned out. 60fps, all grass is procedural so I don't have to do any manual placements
