In this issue of Nature Genetics, LungMAP Phase 3 investigators @NeBanovich @sucre_jen and @JKropski, leverage spatial transcriptomics (Xenium) to characterize lung distal remodeling and niche dysregulation in 26 pulmonary fibrosis patients and 9 controls.
