A lot of issues sims 4 currently has don't really even have much to do with the actual "core" but rather the core you experience, if that makes sense?.For example, You won't see toddlers or infants at a park, so how will you plan those toddler playdates if you can't find any?

I wish we had more control over townie generation and the world. Townies by default look like clowns, using the same bleach-pink skin tones, random hair colors and the worst outfits.Setting townie jobs would be cool (so we can have a specific maid for storytelling like in TS2)

Sims 4 needs Lifetime Wishes back or an overhaul to all Aspirations to be singular goals. I'm tired of having wants & fears (as crappy as they are), event goals, holidays and aspiration mini goals to keep up with. MAKE THE GAME SIMPLE AND MEANINGFUL

I also would like to see options to limit sims from other worlds, I think a traits system for neighbourhoods could really help with customization especially with more and more packs (since maxis won't update old worlds with pack content, let us do it ourselves)
