Had a blast working with @BrianCommerford this summer!
With my advanced college guys we didn’t move barbells under .6 m/s in the last three weeks, and didn’t go over 85% in the first 3 weeks. Focus was on BB velo and intent. Squat PRs were set anyways 🤷♂️ There’s something about moving things quickly.
