It all made sense to me when I read that the team behind DeepSeek has a background in HFT. Basically, they were so used to optimizing every piece of code in their past experience iykyk, so that they just did the same here out of habit.

Here’s a random Padel fact you didn’t ask for: So, I was picking out a Padel racket based on two things: looks (obviously) and weight. This one’s got just one hole. Turns out, they actually wanted to make it hole-free, but the rules say racket must have holes — just no specifics on how many or where. So, they threw in a tiny hole on the side just to fit with the rules bus there is no actual use in that.

For now, the best workarounds are setting up a different browser profile for each wallet or using sub-accounts (which I think is even more convenient rather than using multiple wallets . Next week, I’ll post a full thread on Extended sub-accounts.

The fact that major players are building infra for on-chain AI agents is giving me “let’s all launch our own blockchain” vibes. And where will all this crypto AI infra be a year from now, once the monumental hype fizzles out? No one needs your agents really… Also looking forward (no) to the wave of AI trading agents promising millions in profits. If your AI agent is so good at making money, why would you share it? And «looking forward» to another level of exploit such as "on-chain AI agents supervising AI agents" or smth.
