@makemytrip @makemytripcare on my booking ID NN2A9ZR323522016483, I paid for seat selection and meals. However, Air India did not provide me the seats booked and meals were already free on the flight. Please get me a full refund for services that were not delivered.

@airindia It's been 48 hours since this last promise of getting back at the earliest. Let me know if you are resolving this within today or i have a good weekend to draft an official complaint to DGCA.

@airindia Dear @airindia you have not provided me any resolution. I have not received services I have paid for and it’s all documented. Will look forward to prompt action by @DGCAIndia on my official complaint

It's been 1.5 months since i have shared details with you without any resolution or refund. Have already shared your unhelpful responses with @DGCAIndia . In absence of an immediate resolution and refund of both seats and meals on this PNR, i will be making an official complaint to DGCA too.

@TinaGurnaney Which credit card is this? Sounds like i need to switch. I have been spending for many years but accumulated only a toaster at best.

Dear @DGCAIndia So at @airindia if you pay for seats at the time of booking, they do not give you the seats you paid for, make your senior citizen parents walk to to the back of the plane in the crowd, and when you ask for a refund for the seats you paid for, they say "seat allocation changes and we gave you seats nearby 20 ROWS BACK!" Moreover, i paid for meals while booking whereas meals were free for everyone on the plane. No response on that either. Absolutely disgraceful service and experience. Been a month since this simple an issue was raised without resolution. About INR 5,000 of services paid for without delivery. Wonder whose pockets these siphoned off funds are going into.
@airindia extremely disappointing experience on PNR V97QB6. Multiple services paid for on the itinerary for no reason. 1) I paid for seats 37A, 37B, 37C, 38A at the time of booking but did not get them on checking in. My senior citizen parents had to walk to end of plane for random seats allotted. Issue was escalated at check in counter on 16th Nov but no response. 2) I paid for vegetarian meals at the time of booking. However, this was a Vistara aircraft and everyone was being served the same meal free of cost. Issue was made a note of by flight staff and they confirmed it will be reported on ground. Still no response. Please refund both additional costs paid and make this right.

@marinebharat Conveniently stopped at 25L. At 40L it’s 25%+ on income alone and then one pays a shit ton of tax more when spending it.
