Messing around with GPU instancing the crowd in Sunday Rivals, which is new tech for me.
~1000 of these 74 poly guys in the lower bowl alone, but the perf is ok. Animation will be a different story :)
Here's a little Afterburner 2/Sega-like prototype I put together over the holiday break. Controls are a bit touchy and it's only a single ground tile right now, but I think it's a good start!
