weighed myself today and achieved a new lw, somehow this doesn’t feel as good as I thought it would?? At first my goal was 48 and after that I would celebrate, now I got even lower but I feel like it’s not that great?? I feel like I should go way lower to actually feel something

Today I had a good day ! I ate nothing all day, just had a sf soda and burned 200cals by walking. Now I ate a berry bowl which was 100cal and I’m preparing to liquid fast tomorrow aswell xx My weight has gone back to normal from weekend aswell so that is good!! No more extras
