Agreed. Truth is they also were once restricting/trying to lose the weight, they just couldn’t & gave up ☺️ then turned around & chose “if I can’t change it, might as well love it” path. Now they’re living terribly & projecting all their pain and insecurities onto us.

What I mean by intestines is, you can develop stomach ulcers. Which is way you see bulimics (long timers) talking about bleeding in their purge. I used to be a bulimic so I’m speaking from knowledge, trust me, restricting is better than purging. You even feel stronger.
