This debate is so frustrating. The data speaks for itself with regards to national improvement in Reading Science & Maths. Listening to those who understand the practical steps to success, across the sectors is the job of politicians. They simply can’t be experts at everything. You don’t think BP should be listening to the advice of school leaders? My criticism isn’t that she hasn’t run a school. It is that she hasn’t done so AND she is refusing to listen to those of us who have done so successfully AND she is pushing through a bill that will prevent us from continuing that success.
