♡ ˚୨୧⋆。 exercise i don’t really exercise, i usually just work in 5k - 10k steps a day. i also don’t apply burnt calories to my daily intake at all. if you are going to work out, i recommend eating high protein foods as it gives you more energy. ♡ ˚୨୧⋆。
