@eighthh_ @MissGinaDarling I second this, and please insist he continues after the initial program is over- my father did it during his hospital stay but refused to do any after. He struggles to walk so he's incredibly sedentary and it's honestly very difficult to live with even 15 years later. :/

@MissGinaDarling My father had a significant stroke ~15 years ago. It's hard to say what will happen in the coming months and years... it seems to be a relatively unique experience from person to person. One thing I was not prepared for was how much his personality changed. Take it day by day. :c

The last episode of Singles Inferno made me rage yet again. This show is wonderful but the endings always disappoint. 🤣
