Had a lightbulb moment this morning. I've come to the conclusion that the happier you are with yourself, the happier you are as a friend, partner, parent, sibling etc. Basically, invest in yourself more so you can show up as a better person to your loved ones. Happy Friday!✨

This morning I'm reminded & forced to reflect on how every time I've moved from God be it bc of relationships or my own toxic traits, I paid a hefty price. However, Proverbs 28:13 reminds us that those who confess & renounce their sins are rewarded with Mercy. Change your ways.🤍

These people really need to work on their IT infrastructure. I remember at one point while streaming to the public at Parliament, the audio was bad, it kept buffering, koore- mxm.
someone tell them to increase the volume there at parliament, we are struggling to hear😭

? we're the same people asking men to support and rally behind us in the empowerment of women. Why suddenly is empowerment an individual responsibility instead of a collective effort when now it comes to the boys/men? This perception is flawed.
Men complaining that women empower only girls and not boys is weird. Cos if men wanted boys to be empowered they would do it right? Especially that it’s men holding almost all the power everywhere
