the sun helps but watching the USA Olympic track trials & then the GBR Track trials - GBR looked like it was something from the 1970s! Can we update club kits? (Rain didn’t help) we looked amateur hour against the USA - still some great performances but 🤷🏼♀️

Tuning in and following from USA … it’s incredible! The fundraising but as you say the communities, how brutal and hard it is, everything is so impressive 💙
What @vernonkay & @BBCRadio2 team are achieving with his 4-day ultra run's astonishing. Not just £1.6m (& counting) raised, but the way it's galvanising communities for @BBCCiN. As for the trial itself, it's not the 110 miles but all the interactions en route, 7am-10pm yesterday.
