One last thing, support your local regionals. Not everyone is willing to make the spend of going to an Evo or CB. Something smaller but still amazing is a great stepping stone to allow people to continue growing our scene. If you scene one in your area, show up and help it grow
Just remember if you think Evo is too expensive, you can always gamble back the money you spent for hotel+flight+reg on the casino floor. It's simple math

Let it be known we don't want outside orgs to have shady sponsors for their FGC events. We only allow shady sponsors that are created by the FGC and include limo rides.
Is this
@ScrubQuotesX
worthy? I still can't stop laughing at this take (context is Blockchain/NFT games are being removed from steam and some people are upset about that)
I got a free beer for pre registering for a bowling tournament this weekend. We should adopt this type of benefits for early registration period FGC tournaments. That might be enough to get people to reg on time.
Ya'll like harsh noise?
Happy
#FightstickFriday
. Finally got my Pulse Demon stick finished since I received my te2 panel wrap from
@ArcadeShock
today. Really happy with how it came out! Sanwa buttons, jlf with otto V5 mod and a 2lb spring
Have fun reading my hands for inputs
We talking about top US players vs EU players but what I want to see is the top goons of CFN from each region vs each other. We got babgofundme, final banana, pagemon and more that terrorize ranked. We need them vs the finest CFN warriors EU has to offer. I'd pay to see that
Just because a new organization has an FGC figure attached to it doesn't mean you should trust it blindly.
We saw it with Esports ecosystem
We saw it with WePlay
Money doesn't magically show up. Be wise with which groups you work with. And try not to work with "staking" sites
It has been half a day since not being put on Rob's list of best players for my character. My ego is still in shambles, my confidence permanently shattered, my family are ashamed of me, my peers laugh at me and I weep thinking about the failure I am.

Shoutouts to the 10 people that read the rules tonight for the
@TheOnlineLocal
and attempted to claim. Congrats to
@Nogarremi
for being the first person to claim the prize. Apologies to
@SrirachaFlash
for being 15 min too slow
Cream City Convergence will occur a month from now. It will be the cheapest way to qualify for Capcom Cup if you win SF6 (barring travel). If you live anywhere in the Midwest, you should pull up.
~$75 dollars. One day event in Milwaukee.
Registration ends August 11th.
Celebrating my 24th birthday by moving into a new house. Finished basement, seperate office and space for gamers to game. Going to be a long day but all worth it in the end.
From the FGC translated video, I saw Gachikun do a neat ender for ex vs2. Ex vs2 into lvl 1 med mixer > heavy mixer does slightly more damage than the standard light spike ender. Requires corner and is a bit harder to time, but is pretty neat.
public art not only allows a city's people to reflect its creative abilities onto the built environment, but uplifts the spirit of residents and visitors alike
I played the same guy twice in bracket beating their Seth 2-1 the first time and then lost 0-2 the next not knowing it was him.
Imagine having to use 2 accounts In a bracket to beat my brain dead Rashid once LOL
@RobTeeVee
@EliTheCurry1
@jonyfraze
Two players used two smurfs
Crossover was lonewolf
Brauilo was daimon24
Crossover_TV went 1-2
Brauilo went 0-2
Daimon24 got 7th place
Lonewolf got 2nd place
They ruined the integrity of the entire bracket
Waiting for bank transfers this week for payouts (hopefully be done by Saturday) but my work for C3 is basically over! I got a lot of thanks for the event this year, but I wasn't alone in this endeavor so if you care to know more of the people responsible please read below
CB was great to work as always. Taking today off for memorial day but then it's back to the C3 planning. Expect some announcements regarding that soon.
It's still weird to have SFV be over. It was my first fighting game I played back in 2018 when I played on a free weekend. To be the game lead for SFV at the last big major for it and seeing
@JustAKidd55
, the first person I met at a MKE local, win the whole thing was surreal.
@RobTeeVee
Panda global was running a competing world tour to Smash world tour, but had Nintendo backing. Instead of using that backing to benefit the rest of the community, they instead used it to try and strong arm TOs to running under them and possibly also causing Nintendo to cancel swt
TOs making exception to region rules always leads to more problems. TOs have the right to do what they want in regards to tourney rules, but people also have the right to complain accordingly
You guys ever think about how we’ve been fighting through nerfs, painstakingly learning new characters, while Rashid players have just been playing the same top tier in the same exact way for 7 years straight
