Is the building and development of new cities an art that has been pushed to the side over the decades? Or is migration simply a very slow process? Perhaps back in the day, moving was more closely a life/death situation. Nowadays, you can chug along practically anywhere. Global poverty conditions have vastly improved.

@Matt_Hougan Probably because it’s increasingly looking like crypto companies are interested in becoming the casinos and retail is the person at the slot machine. The slot machines aren’t running hot and in fact, a lot are losing money (memes)
