@smileyradioshow There’s no place more iconic to Fishers than the Sahm’s family restaurants…The Roost is their breakfast place on 116th St. In Fishers there’s also Sahm’s Restaurant, Rockstone, and Hoss Bar & Grill, and they cater. Their sour cream coffee cake is phenomenal!!

@smileyradioshow Dried beef is in the grocery store refrigerated section…it’s creamed chipped beef when you mix it/eat it with black pepper country gravy over toast. It seems to have its origin in the military during WW2.
