I've never heard creators that know Quackity personally talk badly about him and that says a lot more than some randoms on twitter.
Yes, we don't know him and will never know how he is irl, but I think the way every creator has positive thoughts about him is very telling

So you might have learnt that they decided to close the QSMP Twitter. As you may know, they took the decision without asking us anything. They think it’s a financial issue but it was never it. It was the lack of communication and the amount of work.
