I first thought about this when I was a kid and I read The Little Prince. It inspired me to seek out media that was translated into english. Of course some media will naturally trickle into my circles without me seeking it out, but that will be hit or miss.

@AravindSitham As a complete hypothetical (haha) I don’t mind people fighting my battles for me - although generally I don’t think there’s anything to be gained from interacting with trolls. As long as their isn’t verbiage like, “What she’s trying to say” I think you’re safe :)

@andfinns Oh my god, I loved this book! I don’t have kids and don’t plan to, but I actually found this super helpful as someone who wasn’t taught how to regulate my emotions.
