Possible; MetS- combo of obesity, HTN, insulin resistance ( acanthosis) & elevated FBG. Daytime somnolence; fatigue 2Β° to poor sleep quality due to OSA/ overall metabolic burden of IR/ Obesity/HTN. Any further investigations?

One of the sweetest things is kids as little as 3 saying Hi to me when I'm walking towards my house. When they say that unexpected cute tiny "Hiii", I just can't help but go πŸ₯Ή. Sprinkling genuine kindness & they carry on with playing like they didn't melt my heart ✨️
