A qualified pilot with cerebral palsy says that flying an aircraft is one of the only things he can do without any difficulty and that it is the only time when he feels truly free. Thanks to @lilycollison for contributing to this piece.

On National Cerebral Palsy Awareness Day, I'm proud to be Irish seeing the lighting of buildings in green, the colour of CP Awareness. Approx 150 babies receive a CP diagnosis in Irl each year. 3,000 children/adolescents and 9,500 adults are living with CP in Ireland. First pics in from @UCC
