@ProfRobHoward Btw RCPsych is investigating option for national coordinating centre for academic psychiatry and further sweeping changes in combating blind spots in academia as part of the academic psychiatry faculty I’d say “watch this space”

@ProfRobHoward But don’t you think that this is what the report says? Maybe a bit high level strategy but the idea of a national training research pathway accepted by royal colleges & the NHS could be helpful & definitely they mention flexibility. Hope it doesn’t end up as just another report
