My entire educational career has gone exactly like this Even now with my midwifery studies. I’m off and on with it because of this exact thing. It’s like my RSD kicks into hyper drive when I get called out for the day dreaming and made to feel dumb meanwhile I’m actually ahead 🤷🏾♀️

It works for me but there is nuance to it. I’m not a “sit in silence and remain perfectly still no thoughts” type of person. I believe in stimming while meditating and allowing your thoughts to flow freely instead of force stopping them. Also I only sit for 5 min increments

Fun Fact: Lying on your back is not conducive to an easy labor. It’s conducive to your doctors being able to see the baby. Your tailbone is meant to flex outward when giving birth to help baby out of the birth canal. Lying on your back prevents this!

The process to get disability makes 0 sense. You have to put on a full circus performance to prove to them that you require it and they’ll still tell you no and it leaves you back at square one.
I'm super lucky and get 100% disability from the VA. but getting Social security disability requires you sacrificing a newborn child. it's insane and can take years to get approved and in that time they expect you not to work also. my last hearing before my recent one
