This. Regardless of your issue area (women's health, climate change, etc), if you aren't investing in the fundamentals of democracy, it's not gonna work. And if you need ideas, hit up @isimmons and our #Civics team at @_BlueHaven
If you are a progressive foundation and u are not now convinced of the importance of investing *heavily* in electoral reform, voting rights, and pro-democracy work, & esp. funding movements to promote them--and willing to put $$ to work now--then you just aren't paying attention.
