@SamsungMobileSA I have already done that by taking my device to Eastgate. Now after 14 working days of waiting without my phone, you are saying i should take it where again?? I reside in Alberton.

@SamsungMobileSA I phoned again Yersterday,where again a lady said to me.Its not 14 days yet,so why are you calling." Today is the 14th day. Samsung Eastgate phoned me and said unfortunately they do not have a kit for that phone at Eastgate so i have to go there collect and take it somewhere else

@SamsungMobileSA I only had the device for less than a month.After 2 weeks without my phone, i phoned Samsung Eastgate where a lady answered and was very rude and said to me, and i quote, "It's 14 working days sir so why are you calling"I remained humble since they have my device but disappointed

@SamsungMobileSA I took it to Samsung Eastgate where they told me that the device would be fixed in 14 days. I pleaded with them if it could bw done faster cause i had recently bought the device for work purposes however they insisted that it can only take 14days for the device to be fixed.

@SamsungMobileSA @SamsungMobileSA I am so heartbroken by the service i received from Samsung Eastgate.. I actually regret buying a Samsung device at this point. After buying the new Samsung A55 5g from cell c at the beginning of November.The device could not charge within 30 days after purchase.

This is so unfair;after having spent so much money, they treat you like this. They could have atleast told me this earlier but had to wait for 14wrking days which is 3 weeks only to say, we can't fix it, take it somewhere else.Your customers deserves better than this.
