From being at the lowest point in my life last year mentally and physically and having to go to the hospital to completing a marathon almost exactly a year later. Very proud of myself today for how much I have grown as a person the last 12 months ❤️

Rushed into the hospital 2 nights ago. Im still doing some long-term tests but the doctors are hopeful that it's nothing serious and so am I. Feeling very devastated to not be able to play on the big stage with all my boys having worked for it for so long.

little update: November is now over and I can officially say that I achieved what I set out to do. 30 days of reading, streaming, working out, cold showers, walks in the morning, eating a good diet and NNN. It was pretty hard and I wanted to give up many times.

It was very inspiring and motivating to see what all the “minor region” teams did this EMEA masters. Teams and players that are not the biggest in scene having really good performances. They showed us again that hard work and believing in oneself is all that matters🙏.
