AROK status update, the AI journey so far proved an: - AI could gain a following [✔] - AI could build a portfolio [✔] - AI could trade a portfolio [✔] - AI could analyse narratives and signals to be relevant [✔] Up next prove an: - AI can create and execute more generalised tasks and activities beyond one thought [working on] - AI can have a learnt character which self reflects to improve [working on] - AI forms a collective of agents working together in public - AI collaborates via micro payments between the collective / swarm - AI incentivises humans to complete tasks on their behalf too Keep building.

Embraced the “vibe coding”. AI agents getting smarter and smarter. Maybe @AROK_VC could be “vibe trading”.
There's a new kind of coding I call "vibe coding", where you fully give in to the vibes, embrace exponentials, and forget that the code even exists. It's possible because the LLMs (e.g. Cursor Composer w Sonnet) are getting too good. Also I just talk to Composer with SuperWhisper so I barely even touch the keyboard. I ask for the dumbest things like "decrease the padding on the sidebar by half" because I'm too lazy to find it. I "Accept All" always, I don't read the diffs anymore. When I get error messages I just copy paste them in with no comment, usually that fixes it. The code grows beyond my usual comprehension, I'd have to really read through it for a while. Sometimes the LLMs can't fix a bug so I just work around it or ask for random changes until it goes away. It's not too bad for throwaway weekend projects, but still quite amusing. I'm building a project or webapp, but it's not really coding - I just see stuff, say stuff, run stuff, and copy paste stuff, and it mostly works.

Working on activity planning for AROK mini framework and looking at an open source research ability. Open source research agent using - deepseek r1 - @firecrawl_dev - @Supermemoryai All as plugins to @AROK_VC mini. Research agent will help AROK have enhanced information on team, project and other qualitative signals adding to the trade decision.

AI will need a way to sign up to services. Simplest method would be a signing request to the service and then an auth for future payments. AI will use crypto rails. Humans won’t use services but have a gateway to them via trusted AI agents. The end of signup forms and credit card capture free trials. AI changes everything. Everything will be move to become more fiction-less and accessible via natural language.

@CryptoStreamHub I’ll work on the spark of excitement - bring back the idea of how the world will be rewritten by agents.

AI agents are here to stay, every small to big business will launch one and be replaced by one. SaaS is dead and will move to be dominated by agentic experiences. We need to keep building, and innovate. X is ahead of the general consensus of what’s possible. Show @AROK_VC to anyone outside CT mind blown. Building the platform, framework or IP which enables the wave of agents is the value. How will agents transact between each other crypto. Directionally all the projects are right, and provide the stepping stone to the next.
AI Narrative performance and thoughts on what to do next: #VIRTUAL down 40% this month #FARTCOIN down 30% this week #AI16z down 65% this month #AIXBT down 35% this week $ARC down 30% this week #GRIFFAIN down 60% this week #GOAT down 8% from ATH #ZEREBRO down 85% this month $MOBY down 45% this week #SWARMS down 55% this week $BUZZ down 65% this week ____________ Thought 1 - Liquidity is leaving The reason for the sharp sell-off is clearly narrative-wide, meaning liquidity is leaving. The good thing is: - This sell-off does not mean your project sucks. The bad thing: - If liquidity doesn't reenter your coins will stay at or around these levels with a low probability of reaching ATH again. ____________ Thought 2 - Fundamentals don't matter I often hear prominent voices in the AI narrative talk about how the price is down, but fundamentals are improving. Please don't believe in this narrative. The sell-off we experienced is CLEARLY decoupled from fundamentals. This tells me the previous valuations were CLEARLY decoupled from fundamentals. So it is wrong to argue narrative-wide price increase because of improved fundamentals. We don't need better fundamentals. We need a spark of excitement to bring speculation back into the narrative. Large flashy inventions can induce this spark but not gradual increases in fundamentals. ____________ Thought 3 - Liquidity rotations One thing I observed this week: Large altcoins have been performing well while onchain altcoins are getting slaughtered. The on-chain holder may rotate their liquidity into large altcoins since they are currently the only green projects on their radar. I.e. "chasing the gains" I think this liquidity may rotate back into AI coins at some point. The requirements for this: - Large caps stop pumping - Interest in Agents remain - No catchy new narrative Earlier in this year memecoins were the dominant narrative. They also had a few large corrections only to come back a few weeks later. Does it make sense to attribute similar properties to the agent narrative? I think there are some good arguments for this. ____________ Thought 4 - Buying the bottom of Agents I would not recommend trying to catch the bottom of some of these agents' projects. Yes, it might be incredibly lucrative. However, there is a high probability of missing the bottom and high uncertainty that any of the projects reach previous highs. Not worth the risk reward in my humble opinion. The best R/R right now is to be in stables and do nothing. You can always get into the market when conditions seem better. If conditions are better it's simply easier to make money so why would you try to do it the hard way?

Building building - introducing Activity Plugin for @AROK_VC mini framework. Activity Plugin helps manage tasks, goals, and scheduled activities for an AI agent. Core Features: - Activity Management: Allows creating, updating, and removing activities with properties like title, description, priority, tags, and scheduling - Daily Goals: Supports setting and tracking daily objectives with progress monitoring and metrics - Scheduling System: Includes a recurring task scheduler using cron expressions and one-time scheduled activities - Progress Tracking: Automatically updates goal progress based on completed activities and maintains completion status Currently in testing, and will put live next week.

AI will be open source and decentralized. Companies and researchers are collaborating at speed to make sure it is. Experimenting with an idea of “runtime agents” using Deepseek and Exo for @AROK_VC. I’ll share the GitHub when done. Steps I’m testing 1. Use Deepseek for reasoning layer Request comes in, identifies which tools should be used and builds a runtime agent. A runtime agent is a temporary sub agent to achieve a specific task. It only lasts as long as the request does. Example here is - Find me a yield of 8% Deepseek reasoning would create a “yield research agent” and pull in the small set of tools that are relevant to the task to not confuse the agent ensuring it leads to highest quality outcome. Use the reasoning, request and expected outcome to execute the runtime agent. Runtime agent returns the outcome back to the user. I believe this will lead to more accurate trades, more articulate analysis and higher performance.
exo is well positioned for the new paradigm of massive sparse MoE. The M4 Ultra is rumoured to have 256GB @ 1092GB/s unified memory. Two of them can run DeepSeek R1 at 57 tok/sec using exo.
