thinking a lot lately how crap this lockdown is, no sport, no family or friend contact. Work crazy busy. Then this morning while working I stood+paid respect to a coffin being taken out of a hearse. I later found out it was a 10year old boy. Perspective. Health is everything 🙌🏻

To finish 4th after the pre season we had, big players leaving and a very slow start to the season this is an unbelievable achievement for these lads. Hard work has paid off, every single week these lads do everything I ask and I can’t ask for more than that. Well done team 👏🏼👏🏼

Very proud manager tonight. The lads gave their all+I can’t ask anymore than that. To push the welsh prem leaders all the way+take them to extra time is an achievement in its self. Gutted to go out of the cup but the lads can hold their heads high knowing they gave their all 👍🏻👏🏻

Unbelievable shift from the lads yesterday. Its a long old season, but i did let myself enjoy that win for a few hours. To see the workrate, togetherness+enjoyment yesterday+ in the last few weeks has been a pleasure. Long old season but we've started well and can still improve

players this week. Squad of 16 all played their part with two big performances within 5 days of eachother. They don’t come any tougher than TNS in Welsh football and certainly one of the toughest away games in the league at Flint. 👏🏼👏🏼❤️

Well its been a difficult 48hours but 1 little superstar hasn't flinched. No tears, no whinging, just sat there and been an absolute machine! Double fracture to Ava's arm, operation needed hopefully by Friday but she's still happy and smiling. Some girl i tell you ❤❤❤

Can’t get my head around clubs holding players back+not wanting them to push on+play at the highest level possible. Clubs want loyalty but it’s a 2way street, managers+clubs soon forget that. Wish them well+if it doesn’t work out they will more than likely come back to you

Will be sorely missed, always gave me his views and advice at each game. Grant certainly didn’t hold back either! A top top bloke, who we all had the upmost respect for😢, all of the lads are thinking of Sam and his family and we can’t wait to see him back in the dressing room ❤️
