Hi @harleyf @Shopify @ShopifySupport, 3 weeks ago, a shop was transferred to me via the ownership transfer. All business and bank information was adjusted directly - since then Shopify Payments has been on hold due to verification. Support isn’t answering since weeks. Thanks
