@chingsad @pbkhuptong i do not think this is a new thinking. All along this was there in their mind but it has surfaced. and nothing will be spared including children to achieve this WAR strategy.

Fishers of Loktak are fish givers to a population who cannot live without fish even without a day, and yet they are not recognized as fishers. Urgent need to revamp fishery law in the state.
